Our People
We are a fun-loving, hard-working family with a passion for what we do! Our culture is heavily influenced by the ten member brokerage firm that was formed by Mr. Ramnarine Rampersad in 1985. In-house lunch every Friday was just one of the many ways, he used to create the familial atmosphere and to reward a hard week of work. Thirty-five years later, with more than four hundred employees added across six offices in five countries, we are proud to say that this tradition is still alive and well. This is our people.
