The team visited the Couva Children’s Home, El Shaddai, Wesley Ann Home, Ezekiel Orphanage and Jaya Lakshmi Home during the annual initiative.
According to a statement from Ramps Logistics, the team of volunteers pooled their resources and committed their time and efforts to making the initiative a reality by wrapping presents, packing treat bags, and preparing refreshments.
The company expressed gratitude to the Homes for facilitating its efforts, and all parties who contributed to making the day a success.
It also extended appreciation to each of its sponsors including Wafiq Transport, El Dorado Offshore, Creamery Novelties, Pennywise Cosmetics Ltd, Jay’s Toy Box, Shekeniah Enterprise Ltd, Excellent Stores and DSM Sales and Marketing Ltd.
“Without their support, we would not have been able to make this a reality,” it said.
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and Fire Service, it noted, also played an integral part in ensuring the day ran according to plan and all COVID-19 protocols were followed.
